1. Services

AINavigated, operated by ValueSynth Ventures LLC, provides AI transformation services including but not limited to: AI agent development, automation implementation, CRM setup, content creation, SEO services, and technical consulting. The specific scope of services is defined by your selected plan and onboarding agreement.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. A one-time onboarding fee may apply and is non-refundable once services have commenced.

3. Intellectual Property

All automations, agents, and custom code built for your business during the engagement are yours to keep, even if you cancel. Our proprietary frameworks, templates, and internal tools remain the property of ValueSynth Ventures LLC.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your data, strategies, or operational details with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. ValueSynth Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
